Order Cancellation and Non-Delivery:

In the event that your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will initiate a refund of the complete order amount, including any shipping charges, if you have made an online payment.

Returns and Refunds for Fit or Color Dissatisfaction:

We understand that sometimes the fit or color may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer full refunds or replacements for products as long as they are unused, returned with all tags intact, and within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Partial/No Refunds in Certain Situations:

Please note that partial or no refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time involved. If you have completed these steps and have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@tinyshadows.com, and we will assist you further.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Books:

Children's books are non-refundable but can be replaced within 7 days of delivery only in case of a printing defect.

Returns Procedure:

To initiate a return, simply create a return request or contact us, and we will facilitate a reverse return pickup for your convenience.

Please note that swim suits are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
