1) Avoid rubbing your Tiny Shadows glasses with anything other than your provided lens cleaning cloth. This can scratch the lenses and lead to scratches on the frames.
2) Try to clean your lenses with water only. Lenses are susceptible to damage from chemicals, so avoid using them when cleaning your sunglasses.
3) Avoid harsh cleaners such as alcohol when cleaning your frames and lenses. This can be very damaging to the finish of the frame and/or lens.

For Clothing: We understand that sometimes we just do not like the fit or color thats why we offer full refunds/replacement as long as the product is unused and returned with all the tags intact within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
There are certain situations where only partial/no refunds are granted (if applicable) with obvious signs of use:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
